I had never tell my Dad how much I loved him, love him, and will love him. He has always been a wonderful father, tolerated with my nonsense and worries about me. He's a traditional man, who will not say that he loves me, will only use the method of "beating means dote, scolding means love", will only be stern, will never let me stay in bf's hse, will always call me up after 11pm if i'm not at home....

All these, are the ways he showed he loves me.. He cares, he worries, he bothers....

Dad, he's such a important figure in everybody, yet how come during Father's day it is always so biased???!?! During Mother's day, everyone flocked to restaurants to celebrate this day for the mighty mother.. (whahaha~ wat a word to use but anyway...) For Father's day, i had never seen a restaurant packed! yet, no father grumbles, for they are not so peculiar about whether there is a celebration or not. they all adopt a mindset of, "having means fortune, dun have is okay" attitude. Why is it this way?

Mums are different. they DEMAND for a mothers' day present, a mothers' day dinner, wat's more? a mothers' day cake! hai~ Even songs are written for mothers. (Shi shang zhi you ma ma hao) How about Dad?

I dunno y yesterday Mom rejected my suggestion of treating Dad a Fathers' day dinner at one of the restaurant in IMM..(i say i paying ok...) hai.. its been hard on Dad.. Its really hard on him.. I just wanna give him a treat.. a good treat, for being such a wonderful Father of mine. But mum insist that we shall tah bao.. -_-''

I hasn't been a good daughter, hasn't been accompanying him for quite some time.. actually was kinda forced to stay at home everyday after 1 year of being rebellious. For the past 1 week plus, i had been at home (except for 1 day.. =)) Dad is as usual, knock off at around 6pm everyday. He'd be at home, and if i am not in front of the computer, i'd have a heart-to-heart talk with my dearest Daddy.. Some Dad's enjoy going to nightclubs, some karaoke, but my Dad never goes to such places. For he is a responsible Dad. There was one day, he had to work from 12am to 10am. WORK DURING MIDNIGHT YOU KNOW?!?! He's oredi old.. yet he suffers so much!! As a lorry driver, he is paid only if he works. For the family, he went. I'm feeling so heartache!

I notice that he had aged alot.. almost half of his hair is combed with white hair, and they are starting to shift backwards.. he will always carry a faint smile while i talk to him, about anything. I know, he hates to be at home facing the 4 walls.. He laughs at my lamest jokes sometimes, and countless wrinkles covers his face.. He has 4 kids, but none seems to know him well, bro is always in camp because he is a regular, 2nd sis's world is the computer, tv and herself, while the youngest fantasizes about relationships, placed the most important emphasis on friends, phones etc.. At the time being, i guess i should be there for him.. at least he knows that i still care..

I guess he likes my company. I'd definitely spend more time with him. Daddy, I love you.
